Shipping:

Holiday Shipping Schedule: In observance of the Christmas holiday, Chester Creek will be closed beginning at noon CST on December 24 through the 27th. Orders placed after 2:30 PM CST on December 23 will be shipped Monday and Tuesday, December 28 and 29.

In celebration of the New Year, Chester Creek will be closed beginning at noon CST on December 31 through January 3. Orders placed after 2:30 PM CST on December 30 will be shipped Monday and Tuesday January 4 and 5.

Shop early! Only Express/Air/International shipping is guarranteed and even that gets dicey closer to the holidays! Please read the information below from the US Postal Service and UPS regarding pickup and delivery during the holidays. Chester Creek cannot guarranty delivery on a specific date if shipped after December 11.

Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays (Nov. 26, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1) there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS.
Also, Nov. 27, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 are transit days for UPS air and international packages only.
Peak-season guarantees: Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the United States and Puerto Rico will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 27, Dec. 18–24 and Dec. 31. International air shipments picked up or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee for all U.S. air services and UPS 3 Day Select® is suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23. The guarantee also is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24. Holiday promotions: When offered, Free Shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States and is Ground shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which ever is least expensive. You may choose other shipping options for your order but full shipping charges will apply without discount.

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours, providing credit card, shipping and contact information is correct as provided. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday (CST) will ship the following Monday. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you, either by email or by phone to let you know. That is why it is imperative that you provide correct contact information. Thank you.

International and Canada:

There may be customs fees and a variety of taxes due upon delivery. These fees and taxes are not added to your purchase at the time of purchase. You are responsible for paying them. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the price of the products ordered. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are unsure or would like more information about these fees and taxes, please contact your nearest customs office.

Returns and Refunds:

At Chester Creek Technologies your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased on our Web site, you may return it within 30 days of the date on your packing list for a full refund or exchange.

To make a return, please contact us at: support@chestercreektech.com or call (218) 722-1837 within 30 days of the date on your shipping label prior to returning your item(s).

All returns must be sent to Chester Creek Technologies in original packaging and include all parts and/or components. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Opened software cannot be returned or exchanged.
