Chester Creek Limited Warranty

Chester Creek Technologies, Inc. (Chester Creek) is the premier designer and manufacturer of innovative specialty keyboards and mice for children and for people with special needs. Our unique products are distributed around the globe. Where appropriate, products include a serial number sticker. Warranty on such products is void if this sticker is removed or tampered with.

Chester Creek warranties all Chester Creek large-key keyboards, including the VisionBoard, VisionBoard2, KinderBoard and MyBoard-lc/UC for SIX (6) full years personal use. Chester Creek warranties Chester Creek standard-key keyboards, including the LearningBoard, LessonBoard, ReaderBoard and FunKeyBoard for TWO (2) full years personal use. Chester Creek also warranties all mice, including the TinyMouse and ChesterMouse for ONE (1) year personal use. Should any product be defective or not meet customers’ satisfaction, Chester Creek will issue a credit, refund, or replace the product at any time during the applicable warranty. Functional products returned for credit or refund will be assessed with a 15% restocking fee.  The warranty period for commercial use (schools, librarys, child care centers, etc.) on any of the above products is half that of the product's personal use warranty.

Purchaser’s Exclusive Remedies:
During the warranty period after the date of original purchase, the exclusive remedy for a defect of a Chester Creek product shall be, at Chester Creek’s option, either repair or replacement of the product. If a customer suspects the product is not working properly, or if a customer has questions about the performance of the product, they may contact Chester Creek technical support. If a customer wishes to return the product to Chester Creek for any reason, they must obtain an RMA number and instructions for returning the product to Chester Creek. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Chester Creek. Within the United States and Canada, Chester Creek will ship any product repaired or replaced under warranty to our customers via Ground at no charge.
