Chester Creek Technologies Warranty & Return Policies

 

Subject to the exclusions contained below, Chester Creek warrants Chester Creek-branded keyboards and mice to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for the period(s) outlined below:

LB2W); FunKeyBoard (FKB); ReaderBoard (RB)

 

Mice: TinyMouse (TMO, TMOB); ChesterMouse One (1) full year from date of purchase

(CTMO); LittleMouse (LTMO); FunMouse (FM);

ReaderMouse (RM)

 

Headphones and Headsets:  Chester Headphone Six (6) months from date of purchase

(HP-001-VC); Chester Headsets (HP-003-M, 

HP-002-MU)  

 

Accessories:  ChesterKeys&Case (TCK, TCK-C); One (1) year from date of purchase

ChesterKeys&Case for the iPad Air (TCK-Air, TCK-C-Air); SuperGrip (SGO, SGB); 

 

KeyBoard Seals (KBSL, KBSL-lc, KBS); Chester KeyGuard (KGF); 30 days from date of purchase.

 

 

If not 100% satisfied with purchase of any Chester Creek-branded product, contact us within 30-days from date of purchase with valid proof of purchase and we will refund your purchase price, replace or repair product. Any product returned for refund within 30-days must be in original packaging and in like-new condition. Products returned for credit/refund without original packaging will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. After 30-days, Chester Creek will replace or repair any covered defective product during its warranty period.   Shipping costs are not refundable.

Customers are strongly urged to make every effort to resolve returns through reseller if purchased from a third party prior to contacting Chester Creek to assist with resolution. Customer / Reseller / Distributor / End-user must provide a valid Proof of Purchase.  Abuse & Misuse: Defects or damage that results from improper operation, storage, accident or neglect, such as physical damage resulting from misuse, will not be covered under this warranty. Altered Products: Products or accessories with serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated; evidence of tampering, or mismatched serial numbers are not covered.  Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the length of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Specific rights given under this warranty and consumers’ rights vary from state to state and from one jurisdiction to another.
