When offered, Free Shipping applies only to the specific product for which it is offered, when purchased alone and delivered in the contiguous 48 United States and is Ground shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which ever is least expensive. You may choose other shipping options for your order but full shipping charges will apply without discount.
All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours, providing credit card, shipping and contact information is correct as provided. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday (CST) will ship the following Monday. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you, either by email or by phone to let you know. International and Canada:

All returns must be sent to Chester Creek Technologies in original packaging and include all parts and/or components. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Opened software cannot be returned or exchanged.
